Our Local Raw Honey is a polyfloral honey which basically means the nectar is gathered from many different types of plants from the bees and it is great on toast, in tea, and mixed with so much more.
FUN FACTS:
- During the spring, the queen bee can lay up to a couple thousand eggs per day at peak season
- A single worker bee flies up to 6 miles a day gathering nectar and pollen
- Worker bees only live 30-60 days
- The biggest threat to beehives are pests and viruses
